CyberDAO proposal 3:
1. Extended the current staking season through December 31st.
2. Moved future seasons to a quarterly schedule aligned with the calendar year.
3. Set next season's staking rewards allocation to 250k CYBER, the same as last season.
What this means?
1. Additional CYBER has been allocated for rewards through end of year
2. Future staking seasons will follow a quarterly schedule based on the calendar year, beginning on Jan. 1, 2025
3. Future staking rewards will be set quarterly before the next season begins
